Principal's Message
 
Kendriya Vidyalaya Dongargarh started as a sapling in the year 1994 and has today grown up into a mighty tree. The School has grown step by step and is now recognised as one of the premier in institutions of India. Affiliation of the school to Senior Secondary level of CBSE speaks itself about its attaining the approved high standards of professional abilities and the quality of teaching being provided in the school. The school has also expanded its building to meet the ever increased demand of new admissions. The students of the school have over the years won laurels not only in academics but also in areas of sports and extra Co-Curricular activities.

The present system of education seems to have failed to inculcate and develop desirable moral values of life among the students. Besides bookish knowledge, it is equally important for and school to instill these values among them at young age when they are more open and receptive to instill these at a young age when they are more open and receptive to education, sensitization and behavior change .the aim of education should not only be to produce scholars and professionals but to bring out a new generation which is confident, disciplined, honest and is able to realize their self worth in life. Kendriya Vidyalaya Dongargarh is committed to achieve these long term objectives and groom the children of today accordingly to become good citizens of tomorrow.

All these years the school has received an encouraging response from the parents and public at large to meet the changing trends and demands in the area of education.
